City Limits Nissan is the best in customer service! The staff are knowledgeable,friendly,transparent concerning your cars maintenance status. I received a warm/respectful greeting from Jay Carlos. He set my expectations concerning wait time. Informed me of options. His assistance made for a pleasant experience. Thank you.

The Service Rep Saul was great. Very professional and made the entire experience pleasant. He helped me both times in the same week and he was consistent with his service.

My check out process was very slow and inefficient. The work on my car was completed, I had paid my bill and was in the waiting area waiting to be told my car had been brought to the front. i finally looked it it was there, but no one had notified me. So i got in and left. I waited about 25 minutes from when i was told the work was completed until i left. I feel like the service rep could have done a much better job communicating with me!

Good service, kind staff and nice waiting room. Prices are a bit expensive. I would bring my car more often if the prices were cheaper.

Best service ever. I needed a battery replacement and Saul Vella helped me get off to a good start. He followed up every time there was a new development with a phone call to me. He was very reassuring if not optimistic about getting a battery quickly. But another shining star you have is Jim in parts as a manager I think. He worked miracles including getting me a loaner car after a week of no car and no battery in sight. I don't know who he talked to, maybe God, but he remained our point man through the rest of the process.... read more
