Clayton Flooring did 3 major projects for us and we were THRILLED with each one: complete wall to wall basement carpeting, runner down our main staircase, and herringbone luxury vinyl throughout entire main floor. They all look spectacular and we could not be happier with the final product. Craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Dale and his team are very pleasant, commensurate professionals. Great customer service from start to finish. Showroom and sales team are knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was well done, on time and it turned out beautifully. We had hardwood, carpeting and slate tiling installed and we are very pleased. Thank you to Richard, Dave, Dale, Megan, Stuart, Heidi and the rest of the team.
I was very impressed with Clayton Flooring, with their follow up service and responsiveness. I had flooring installed almost two years ago, however, an issue developed with the transition from my kitchen to the living room, since the flooring wasn’t even between the two rooms which led to a failure of the flooring. I reached out to Clayton Flooring and they immediately responded, found replacement flooring and came back to fix the problem. They were very professional and truly stand behind their work and products.
