This is our 3rd year renting as far as i know nothing on our initial walk thru list has been done we have just signed on for another year if some of the major items would get done would be great! we also have a ongoing roach problem

They took away the extra guest parking pass and it is making me consider moving to a different neighborhood. I am in a long distance relationship and a lot of the time my significant other gets here, it isn’t until about one or two in the morning. He constantly has to park in different phases or the office parking lot in order to not get towed AGAIN. This is extremely aggravating when there are numerous spots available around the building. Either I have to get up and go pick him up from where he is or he has to walk at least five minutes to get to my apartment. Please bring the guest passes back.

AMAZING LOCATION AND VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENTS Whenever I first move to Wilmington I was unsure if I wanted to live at Clear Run. At first I lived at the reserve at Mayfaire and then transferred to Clear Run. Most people would consider this a downgrade but I actually love my apartment here at Clear Run than I did at The Reserve at Mayfaire. The Apartment is very spacious and designed very well. The apartment is also more affordable which is great since I enjoy my apartment so much more now! The property itself is maintained very well by the maintenance team and every work order ive put in has been completed within 24 hours! Great service, amazing property, and a wonderful experience!
