I called in that I was missing the lint trapper from my dryer. And the next day they were very prompt in dropping it off.

I have really appreciated all the hard work that Lakeside has done for painting and floor grinding a significant amount of Generac's Headquarters facility. They have been able to execute the work on time with quality work. I also appreciate the flexibility that they have been to us for adjusting schedules to work around the various contractor trades as the facility renovations are being completed.
When I put in a maintenance request, it is granted with a speed of lighting. I am pleased by this.
I love the apartment but it needs some additional maintenance, I made the mistake of only touring the model and not looking at my actual unit before I moved in Also the bathrooms are not updated the mirrors and resurfacing look terrible and the walls of the enclosure in the bathroom look bad

I was a lucky to live at this apartment. Me and my wife loved its nice place. Nice. Clean bulding helpe full we have no problem. Easy to talk and call office any time we need helpe we get it fast my contract 7 month i bleave i stay longer and renew my contract for long time maybe its will be my for ever apartment. Nice clean bulding.
My experience with maintenance so far has been par excellence! All of my initial issues were addressed within hours after submitting a work order. In both cases whether Rick or Scott visited to address the issue at hand; they were fixed quickly, professionally and completely and in such a polite and courteous manner. I am extremely impressed with the maintenance service here at Residences at the Lakeside, Lombard!
