Cut carpet in the completely incorrect room and damaged beyond repair. When alerted to the error by me despite being told by the owner in a follow up call that she was aware of the mistake at the time of install. However chose not to dig deeper nor as a courtesy reach out to me before I had to reach out to them. I can only suspect they’d hope I would never find out. Although we are a bit of a lengthy drive from Bluffton, Casey came out and took measurements and advised me of some solid choices for waterproof flooring. We live in a wet area and have 5 large dogs. Very responsive to phone calls and punctual. We are definitely going to use them for the project!
Johnny, Peyton, and the rest of the Coastal Floors team have done all the carpets and hardwood floors I my house since we began remodeling room by room. They have a great selection, they show up when they say they will, their installers are on-time, courteous, and professional, and they are quick to answer my random follow up questions that help me keep the floors/carpets looking new over time. Coastal Floors of Bluffton did an OUTSTANDING job when they installed wall-to-wall carpeting in our newly enclosed sunroom! We consider the service we received to be beyond a 5-star rating.
