I had a wonderful experience at Coastal Floors with the owners Paul and Wendy. Very Kid friendly and comfortable. Our floors turn out beautiful and at a great price. Would recommend them to everyone.
After searching the internet for flooring, they gave me best price and arranged for excellent installation. My Bruce hardwoods were done for half the cost of quotes from Empire and local merchants. Great people to work with
Owner does not know how to provide any customer service. While talking to me about tiles and a friend would call or come to see him the customer does not exist. I told him I am ready to order my tiles and here is how much I need but he would give me the run around and said "leave me your number I will check to see if I have it" this was a day after he said I will deliver it tomorrow.
Owner of this company is a total used car salesman. Prices are good, but the service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Go to Bridgeport Carpets, where they have professionalism and class!
Do not confuse Coastal Floors Inc with Coastal Floors LLC (A.D.B.A. Bruceonly.com) This review is for Coastal Floors LLC in Suwanee GA. Merchant had excellent response time to product inquiry. After order was place merchant did not respond to voice mails or emails. Order never shipped despite being assured on numerous occasions it would. The business owner cannot be trusted.
Well, we were happy with our floors until we paid them in full and they won't come out to repair the stair nose that was installed incorrectly. Won't return calls or email and won't give us a paid in full receipt so we could use the warranty if need be. Don't trust them.
