Excellent customer service, Rachelle was professional and kind and was able to answer all my question. Rachelle went over all policies and agreement and took time to show me the unit that I was renting. I greatly appreciated her being there for me and explaining things. These units are clean and secure and very sturdy, I would recommend Glacier West for your storage needs. Thank you, Michelle
