Been dealing with Mateo, Richard, and Johnny. They have been doing an amazing job they are not putting a Band-Aid on it they actually do it the correct way and they clean up after themselves. Dealing with different vendors they have been the best so far. They will not “half ass” it, having a rental property, the will submit for approval of repairs found during the renovation and they will give thorough reasoning as to why it needs to be replaced they will also show valid evidence and they will allow you to ask the questions ... read more

Vinny showed up on time and walked us through the process of the carpet cleaning he was going to do. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his equipment and products that he uses. I will definitely be making another appointment with him and also be recommending him to friends and family. Very happy with the results and my house smells amazing with the orange scent that he used!! Definitely surpassed 5 STARS!!! I wish I would have taken some “before” photos of my carpet to be able to compare the difference.

From the initial call to the main office until I signed the receipt my service was handled smoothly and efficiently. Vinnie, the service technician did a masterful job restoring my carpet to a condition it had not seen in years. The job was over so quick I kind of wish I could have watched the artistry a little longer. Penn & Teller would be jealous of the way Vinnie made the dirt disappear. SO. FREAKING. CLEAN! My dog absolutely destroyed my carpets by peeing and marking up corners of the house. My carpets literally look brand new. Gary was on time, wearing his mask, was extremely professional and was so polite. My house smells so clean and there is finally no pee on my carpets. Thank you thank you thank you!
