Sloppy work, perform loads of unnecessary work, and are SLOW! I took my very minor Tesla repair job to them because they were highly recommended, tesla authorized, and Allstate listed them as a partner shop. They took 5 weeks, replaced many parts that did not need replacing and charged $15,000 for a minor repair job. I broke my car's handle, and I went to other shops and was told it would be more than $100 to get it fixed. I came to Cole’s collision and asked them if they could fix it. I talked to Rick, and he told me I should buy the broken part, and he could do it for free. It saved me so much money and time. If something else happens to my car, I will come back again.
I have not seen such professionalism and kindness from a repair shop, ever! There is not one negative aspect within the work Cole's did and the constant diligent and compassionate interactions they employ. The repairs came out beautiful and they answered any questions or concerns along the way. Every staff member was stellar. I would highly recommend Cole's Collision in Colonie to anyone and everyone in need of repairs after an auto accident.
Ricky and the whole collision crew went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I with an emergent car situation while we were stranded 4 hours from home. Without question his team jumped in to help, assess and take care of our situation and without them we would not have gotten home safely. Thank you to the crew at Cole’s collision! The damages from the accident were far more than expected. I had an upcoming trip that I needed my car for and they were able to get the repairs done more than a week before the expected completion date for me. After I picked up the vehicle, there was a noise coming from the area where the accident was. They got me in immediately to look at it.
