I had my blood drawn 7/29 around 815 or so. Wish I got the persons name, they were excellent. My last visit was very good too. I told the person I didn't like blood test as I was hurt most times. She was great & it was over before I knew it. No sharp stick. I thanked her but hope she finds out
It was a nightmare from the get go, I spoke with my Dr just before I went to make sure the paperwork was in order. I was rudely informed that the paperwork was not faxed over. Finally they realized that they were WRONG, then I arrived at my Drs appointment they never did the CORRECT TEST, now I received a notification that they billed it incorrectly and my insurance refused to pay for it. 573.00 dollars and no one answered my phone call, I WILL NEVER GO BACK, how incompetent can you be? .
I have small veins and they were very attentive to that by using a small gauge needle.
I don't know why the lab has a phone as they don't answer it nor do they respond or acknowledge voicemails. The person drawing my blood couldn't of been more unprofessional. She literally complained the entire time reprimanding me saying she wasn't able to get my blood because I didn't drink water. She repeated herself a dozen times. I've never experienced this kind of behavior or treatment with Quest.
I have been going to Collaborative Labs for many years and have always had a wonderful experience there. You don't need an appointment and I was always in and out very quickly. The blood drawing was completely painless. I would recommend Collaborative Labs to anyone needing to have blood work done.
