My roommate and I had a great experience living at College Townhouses. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the location is great and close to campus, and the apartment building is always very clean and quiet. The kitchen is huge, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. I had a wonderful experience residing in the College Townhouse! It’s a convenient location: just a 5 min walk to Cornell campus. I resided in a spacious and fully-furnished apartment, which was quite morden, clean, and with its own washer and dryer. My maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner and the staff members were friendly. Patty has always been a great help. Overall, I would certainly recommend this location as a great and safe place to live.
I had a wonderful experience by choosing Collegetown Houses to live one year. It is just five-seven minutes away from Law School, but also diverse restaurants (Asian, Pizza, Greek, Burgers, Mexican, Korean) and groceries stores such as GreenStar and 7-Eleven. The building is in perfect shape and maintenance, and the hosting service is extraordinary. I do not regret my decision to make this my home place. It is highly recommended.
College Townhouse apartments has really good amenities and is very accessible. The management is prompt with maintenance requests and all other needs.
