My supply rates almost doubled when compared to the esco I had before switching to columbia utilities, after a two month introductory rate. I have never had electricity rates as high as I've had since switching to columbia utilities. I have now switched to another esco, with a significantly smaller supply rate and locked in for a few years. Unfortunately, I have to pay at least one more bill to columbia utilities before I'm free of them.
Stay away! They lure you in with rates that are cheaper than national grid for 2 months then when their "variable rate" kicks in after that it is more than tripple the rate of national grid. Switching back to national grid can take more than 1 billing cycle and that's where they get you.
This company owns Indra. Any company that can back a company like Indra deserves negative 5 stars and worse review ever.
Appeared to be a scam loud noises in the back round was suppose safe me money bill was triple my old bill nobody knew what they were speaking about
Company has benn increased my electricity bill by 300% They are crazy! never ever deal with these guys
