Jack did a good job in tuning up our AC, was knowledge and answered all our questions.
We have been a customer of Comfort Matters for over 15+ years, first at our home inGreenfield and now in Otsego. They have always been conscientious and given us very good service. Our service person was Jack and he was courteous and efficient. Good people to work with.
Comfort Matters has been so wonderful to us. We have been with them for over 6 years. Their service and techs are top notch and know their stuff. They examine our furnace and air conditioning twice a year to keep it in top working condition and recommend things that may be needed. the techs are professional and friendly. Love this company and their product.

John was right on time. He was friendly and easy to converse with. Did his work and explained the results. Provided some suggestions on additional matters I might like to consider. All in all, a good job.
