On a late Friday afternoon **** checked my leaking hot water heater within 90 minutes of my call and determined that I needed a replacement. He drained it and arranged to have a new heater put in the next Monday. He explained the new choices well and we agreed on the new model. He was pleasant and very neat.

****** was very polite and friendly. He went over what he was going to do on the furnace. He told how long he would be to get the job done, After he was done, he went the furnace check list with us. Everything was good. He also went some things that we maybe should look into for the future items like a home humidifier, surge protector and indoor air quality. We are going to look this over and maybe consider it.Thank You ******!

**** was the tech who diagnosed our ancient Pulse furnace and helped get us to the new Daikan. It's a good sign when a tech geeks out on a furnace older than he is. Support from the office is excellent as well.
