His arrival was timely, they always call to let us know they are on their way, and his work was thorough and professional. From the estimate given by Nick, who asked questions about my comfort level in the home in order to make system recommendations, to the install and instruction by Taylor and Bradley, it was a very professional job. They let me know via text message who Comfort Matters was sending out, with pictures, so I felt very comfortable letting them into my home. They were very professional, and worked very hard. They left the work area spotless. I can't say enough good things about the whole process, and would recommend them highly.
