Complete Flooring services were very professional from our 1st meeting to review our needs to the final installation. We required (2) full sized bedrooms to be Re-padded and re-carpeted. They made recommendations for our needs along with providing many styles and colors. All of the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and they have a wide selection of products. After wandering big box hardware aisles looking for plank flooring and carpet for my new house, I was fed up with the lack of service and selection. I said, Enough! Complete Flooring was right next to Costco on the West side, so I walked over to find a great selection of many types of flooring, really helpful people, and professional installers- all focused on one specialty: flooring. I got exactly the floor I wanted, when I wanted it within my budget. Great people, great floor options, good range of prices.
I can understand why Tucson Complete Flooring may be the highest rated flooring company on Google. I had carpet installed in three rooms and two of their closets. Annika was fantastic to talk to when I walked into the store, Mark came out a few days later and pointed out some issues that other flooring companies hadn't to make sure he got the quote right, and the installers got everything taken care of within about 6 hours. The floors look great and the process was as smooth as it could be.
The crew was awesome. Replaced tiles and laminate with LVP and replaced carpeting in two bedrooms. They were courteous and professional. The finished job is a massive upgrade to our property. Thanks for doing such a great job.
Daniel was incredibly valuable when it came to picking out my flooring. I had my heart set on hard wood flooring but then I explained my specific needs and he guided me towards tile that looked like wood. It has worked out so much better since I have heavy items that would’ve torn up regular hard wood flooring.
