Excellent work.phones screen was totally destroyed and they restored it.

I had an extrodinarily difficult , intermittent problem , with my 2015 iMac , that took 5 visits to finally resolve . This also included another bad MLB board , supplied new from Apple. Jeremy was getting a little frustrated each time I came back , but this was due to his commitment to excellence !!! Im disappointed w/ apple support and product longevity , but I would highly recommend Computer Concepts of Chesapeake . These guys will get it right!!!!
I saddled these guys with a bit of a complex ask - a repair to an unsupported "vintage" MacBook for which I ordered a replacement part online and had shipped to them directly. They made the whole sequence of transactions easy and possible - they are kind and efficient, and they saved me a great deal of money! I highly, highly recommend them.
I use 1and1 IONOS email Service. I was not able To send emails. I called IONOS.and they tried to connect to my computer. Their system did not recognize my latest MAC software to work on my computer and they could not walk me through the steps to correct. I had an iPad Problem. A cracked screen. Met Ryan Craig and he solved my problem . Got a new IPad Pro for me overnight. Very satisfied with the service.
