Went to the Computer Concepts in Chesapeake Va. Marvin was a complete professional. We couldnt get the phone fixed but he went appove and beyond to help us. I recommend coming to this store for any help with apple phones.
Excellent service for my 2012 MacBook Pro. Wasn’t able to boot up. Took it to Lynnhaven Apple. They kept it for 3wks. Never called to say what the problem was. Couldn’t get through to them to get an answer. Finial went & picked it up. It wasn’t repaired. They said it was to old. That I should buy a new one. Took it to Computer Concepts. They looked at it right then & said the logic board was bad. That replacement would be about $750. They also made me aware that in about 2yrs I would nolonger be able to update it. ... read more
Had an issue with my MacBook randomly shutting down, making it impossible to get anything done. Made an appointment online , brought it in and the issue was fixed promptly. Very grateful.

I had an extrodinarily difficult , intermittent problem , with my 2015 iMac , that took 5 visits to finally resolve . This also included another bad MLB board , supplied new from Apple. Jeremy was getting a little frustrated each time I came back , but this was due to his commitment to excellence !!! Im disappointed w/ apple support and product longevity , but I would highly recommend Computer Concepts of Chesapeake . These guys will get it right!!!!
