Many times I have found myself incapable of correcting a computer problem. All I have to do is contact Computers Made Easy and one of their people quickly get me up and running in no time. I have had this company as my back-up for 15 plus years.
I JUST CAN NOT say enough good things about Computers Made Easy in Washington. “Word” had frozen on my computer, so I called them to see if they could help, they walked me through the steps to solve the problem. Entire length of the call 4.25 minutes, problem solved, back to work.
