I recently bought a home with old carpet, tile and oak wood flooring in desperate need of a make over quickly before I moved in. Contacted for an estimate for my business. They gave me availability and asked when I would be available to meet for the estimate. The representative then proceeded to schedule the appointment outside of my availability. When he called to verify, I told him that I was not available during his appointment time and he hung up on me. Terrible customer service, and obviously not interested in my business. We had an excellent experience working with Mark and the folks at Concord carpet and hardwood. We had all of our floors replaced with hardwood in two stages - downstairs and a few months later upstairs. Great product selection that is competitively priced. Price for installation was one of the best we were quoted. Quality of service was excellent. We would definitely work with this team again!
Great customer service from Mark Cabrera. He was easy to work with and even beat the price on materials quoted from Granite Expo. The installers took a few days to complete the job, were also very easy to work with, and they cleaned up everyday before leaving. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for flooring work. 5 stars!
