I had my floors replace with beautiful wooden floors from Consumer. This is what I loved about Consumers. 1. They explained everything concerning the wood floors especially how to keep them clean. 2. Everything was done in a timely manner from the delivery to the installation 3 I had questions about when the installers were doing their job, they were very kind and answered my questions. I must say the way and type of wood floor installed made my home have a richer appearance.
I’m so impressed with Nelson and Pablo! It’s been a long time since we’ve received this level of customer service. I called yesterday thinking I was searching for a needle in a haystack - Nelson not only had the flooring product I was searching for but arranged to have it delivered to me within 24 hours and followed the order to my doorstep.
