Dave has made this (possibly super stressful) situation of getting a mortgage, run as smoothly as possible. He has been extremely accommodating and fast to respond to any questions or concerns that I have had. He genuinely seems like a nice guy, and has done everything in his power to help me make the decisions that are in my best interest. We had an excellent experience working with Chuck and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home. He is reliable, detailed and easy to work with. I felt like Chuck had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process and were responsive even after hours and on the weekends. We locked in a low interest rate and had an easy time working through all of the documents required to finalize a mortgage. We are very happy homeowners and I recommend Chuck without hesitation!
