Let me set the stage first… I am the father of 5 boys, and we were renting a house for over 10 years. We lived paycheck to paycheck (no credit, or savings to speak of) but we were happy. I George worked with James Martin Bell (Contour Mortgage)starting Nov,2020 for a refinance. I have a couple of properties so i'm not new to this mortgage process. All my documents are in order and I have an excellent credit. He made me believe everything was ok. He avoided my calls for almost a month at some point. Few days before loan closing he told me i would have to bring $6000 instead of $2000 to close or he will go up almost 1% on the rate he initially promised. I d'ont even know if that's legal. If people think considering anthony as someone who can help you buy a home you thought wrong. I suggest considering other people who actually get better reviews and can get the job done. I tried reaching out to anthony multiple times and no response which is shocking to me! Then eventually when I got a response the help was just not there.
