I used Igor for my house refi. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. It took a while, but this isn’t a reflection of him, It’s that everyone is refinancing right now. He gave me a great rate, abs no points. I was actually working with another broker, who claimed to be giving me a great rate...but he was charging me a point. Igor reviewed my documents, and told me I was being taken advantage of. I finally closed, and he came through...best rate, no points and little hassle.
We were in a really tough spot due to a previous lender, and only had one month left to close. Someone referred me to Abe, and he was absolutely great. He made everything simple, organized himself well, and one of the most important things of all is that if he says he will call you back at a certain time then he will actually call you back at that time. Eric was amazing! He walked me through every step of the way and made me feel comfortable with proceeding with my refinance. Eric He got me the lowest rate there was and explained every step of the application and what to expect. Eric made this process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. His Highest priority was to make sure his client was fully satisfied and comfortable with the process.
I came to Eric through a friend who lives in TN and is a mortgage lender herself, but couldn't help me because of her location. From day one, Eric has been diligent and efficient. He would call me late in the evening, working late all the time to get things done timely. We experienced some delays due to the bank's inefficiency but Eric and his staff stayed on top of it and got everything done, and a great rate locked in.
