This company sent me a letter about refinancing under IRRRL for a lower interest rate, so we thought we would try it. Was supposed to be “quick and easy”. I did everything that was asked of me by the Contour representative, making sure all paperwork requested was signed/completed/returned in 24 hours after the request was made. I was told NOT to make the May mortgage payment, then at the end of May I was told to quickly make that payment, but to make it by phone - it HAD to be made by phone.
