Me and my wife worked with Matt Nieves at Contour Mortgage. Matt was amazing throughout the whole process. He guided us through every step and explained every detail to us. He also worked around our crazy schedules and had no issue coming to our house or having a phone call late in the evening weekday or weekend. As a first time buyer I didn't know anything about buying a home, but when my realtor told me about Mr. Ivan, that was all I needed to get my loan process going. Mr. Ivan went above and beyond to get me the best rates possible. He made the buying, and the loan process so smooth for me. He's very knowledgeable, very professional.
