We certainly appreciate all the helpful advice & recommended products for our kitchen remodel. I'm a flooring contractor and I had a client with a specific taste and design for her house remodel project. Alexis stepped up big time and took very good care of us, she found exactly what my client was looking for, even with a 3-4 week lead time she was able to expedite the tile right on time to finish the project. I have dealt with CFM for quite a number of years now. Without a doubt, every one of the employees there are beyond top notch. Most all of my clientele are not first time buyers. None the less, the service in the sales dept. as well as the warehouse staff when picking up materials is always ready. If it gets delayed on route to the warehouse, they communicate so I can adapt. AMAZING!!!! I LOVE working with the entire team at the Fife CFM!! Everyone is always so helpful and nice, they take care of me and my clients so well. I also appreciate the one on one customer rep service I receive at CFM. I work closely with Kim and Renee and love the assistance they both give to me on a weekly basis. I can't imagine running my design business without CFM!
The professionalism and wonderful, personal service is outstanding at the CFM in Fife! As a designer/project manager I have used this location for a few years. They are always genuinely helpful and a pleasure to work with!
