I came in this store confused aug 1st. My hired contractor told me pick out cabinet colors.. nobody knew why I was there.. just tried to manipulate me out the door..found out bad contractor found a crack, got a 3D, and was going to use Pius as cabinet maker and not CFMs connections... I'm a flooring contractor and I had a client with a specific taste and design for her house remodel project. Alexis stepped up big time and took very good care of us, she found exactly what my client was looking for, even with a 3-4 week lead time she was able to expedite the tile right on time to finish the project. From now on I'm a loyal customer to Alexis.
As a complete novice at bathroom remodels, I was so grateful to have expert help throughout the process. Trisha guided me through with the utmost patience. She kept me sane and focused. In fact, everyone at CFM was warm, friendly and helpful. My contractor sent me there and I'm so glad he did.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Christine helped us with tile and flooring. We appreciated her efforts and willingness to order samples for us too.
