Roger Harms is the best, he really know-his stuff. CFM has quality product lines to choose from. We are so pleased with everything and with how it turned out. Huge shout out to Jack Biggs at remolding concepts him and his crew are phenomenal too, as you can see by the picture’s attached. Beautiful work.

I am absolutely livid about my experience. These guys are a complete joke, and I can't fathom how they've racked up so many glowing 5 star reviews. Honestly, I suspect most of them are fake probably planted by their own employees. They handled the flooring for our brand new house through a builder, and what we got was a nightmare that has turned our home into a creaky, warped mess. First time in and was very impressed, Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Rene is so knowledgeable with all the different products and styles to help complement each room. I will be using her throughout the process of having to rebuild my home From our house fire. She definitely is an asset to the company and I highly recommend the Gresham location.

The staff are extremely helpful. Tami was great at helping me pick out flooring that goes great with my existing flooring. Roger really helped me sort out the correct amount of flooring needed. We’ve worked with this store multiple times and have always had incredible service.
