My technician, Rick, just left after my routine maintenance appointment. This is the best tech I've had from this company! He was courteous and didn't mind when I asked him to put on booties because of just getting new carpet installed. He was so thorough and expeditious. I could tell he enjoys his job. They were able to get here the same day and at the time they said they would. Jordan (the tech) was quick and thorough. He got our heat working for us on a 10 degrees January day. Been working with this company for over 5 years now. Just had to have my whole furnace replaced, everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked diligently to get the furnace replaced quickly due to the holiday coming up and the cold weather, and when the technicians arrived, they were professional, courteous and efficient. Always a reliably good experience in difficult circumstances.
Our family has been dealing with C&H for nearly 25 years. Always quick to respond and always professional. Their service and sales give you the available options and don't try to up-sell something you don't need. C&H recently installed our new furnace, replacing one they installed for us almost 25 years ago.
