Sophia and I had a good experience with Jacob, from our pre-consultation all the way through closing. We felt the information about home buying was well laid out and very user-friendly. There were some instances where we felt we could have had a more consistent line of communication with a single point of contact within the office, especially within the first few days of escrow. Overall, I would recommend Jacob and the Cornerstone team as a great option for first time home buyers.

Great friendly people. The gathering of paperwork seems like it could have been a little easier. The loanfly app didn’t feel very intuitive. But everyone there was very friendly and got back to me very quickly (even at non business hrs) when I got stressed. Overall great experience

They were very diligent on keeping us informed of everything during the entire loan process - even the little things (which are big things when you are buying a house). They were able to get everything completed and our loan funded in less than 30 days!
