Working with Cornerstone to secure lending for a home purchase was extremely easy and enjoyable. Philip was very informative and kept us in the loop constantly on every step that we needed to take all the way to a very smooth and easy closing. Troy followed on every phase with updates as well. Troy and his team were nothing short of amazing. After dealing with another lender who was not as informative or responsive as I would have liked, Troy worked quickly and diligently to answer all of my questions. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process and I was never left in the dark. I am so grateful for Troy and his team for all of their help so that I could purchase my grandmother's home.
Troy, with Cornerstone, came out of the box with a top shelf deal. I originally had a pre-approval from Rocket, and knew I needed to shop it, and it wasn't even close.
