We had what Joe called a "headache loan" situation--I'm a freelance writer & my husband was in the middle of changing jobs. But he let us know we had options in terms of closing, and was very up front about all the closing costs. He was the third lender we went to trying to buy our first house, but we immediately knew he was the one for us! I would absolutely recommend him.

Joe and his team were indispensable during our home buying process. We started out with another lender who became increasingly difficult to communicate with. After weeks of being approved, just before we were going to offer on a house, they said they couldn't use my income at all due to their student loan calculations. Joe and his team will always be our first choice for our home financing needs! He assisted with our initial home purchase in 2010, and with two re-fi's since then.
