I can't say enough about Joe and his team. He took us through a tough mortgage app and got the deal done and he kept in touch as we worked towards refinancing some years later. The refi was super quick, easy. Joe and Gillian were always available to answer questions. Much that I'd like to meet them face to face we were able to do everything remotely without any impact to the quality of their service. I recommend them to anyone I come across who is shopping for financing.
We had a very unique situation with our purchase and financing. Joe stayed the course with us and was professional and upbeat even when curve balls were thrown at him. He persevered and obtained all the necessary documents, and we closed on schedule.
