We first contacted Luke in October and were unsure whether we would qualify for a home loan. This is the second time we used Luke, he was great to work with and very attentive. I highly recommend using him, and will do so again for sure! He always let us know what was happening with our loan in a timely manner.
We asked our Realtor for some lender referrals and in no particular I began calling. After speaking with Luke for just a couple of minutes, I knew I wanted him to work for us. He leaded us into right path for refinance from prior mortgage in to right way by reducing interest rate and years off from 1st mortgage that we had before this one.
I honestly wasn't even thinking of refinancing my house since I thought I already had a great interest rate. After speaking with Luke he estimated I could save $500 a month on my payment and lower my interest rate almost a full percent. Turns out I am saving a bit more than $500 and couldn't be happier.
