Luke was quick to help when I called him. With such a hot market he understands you can't be slow. He was able to get me qualified for a property I wanted. He also got me into the hands of a wonderful realtor and within the week my offer was accepted. Teamwork, his team got everything to the finish line and we are moving into our new residence.
Luke is very caring person and an awesome lender. He was available to answer all of our questions and was so great at finding us the best rate possible. Mr Wagner has been my lender for a few years now. I just recently refinanced my home loan for a much lower rate. He was there through my refinancing the whole time. I could depend on him 24/7 if I had any questions he would respond within minutes. He is awesome at his job and definitely knows what he is doing. ; )

He was forthcoming in dealing with our needs. Luke was actively responding promptly either by email or calls with updates on our application. He reported to on the progress of process from step one to closing of the loan. We did not have to ask him "how far." The dates he gave us that a specific task was going to be taken turned out right. He did not contradict himself. He went on to share personal experience to encourage us. We felt well taken care of!
