Working with Joseph was a pleasure, and it always seemed very easy on my end of things. I had a great experience going through Cornerstone Home lending. If i had any questions they were prompt to get back. This should be a stressful process, but this was a stress free experience for me. Even months later i wanted to set up Auto payment, and Joseph's assistant called and walked me through the process that was completed online.
Everyone was so kind and helpful and helped us get everything done in great timing! We are very thankful to have such a great experience and we highly recommend the Lombardo team!
Joe and his team are top notch. Not only were they extremely friendly, but they know what they are doing. My job situation is a tough one and when other loan officers couldn't, Joe made it happen no problem. The whole process was effortless! Great experience all around.
While we primarily worked with Tim, it was clear that Tim and Joe work together closely and while Tim was out of the office Joe was able to keep things moving for us and was up to speed on our loan. It is nice to know when working with one of them you have the support of the other if needed.
