This was our second loan with the Lombardo team and once again they did an outstanding job. Joey and his team were always quick to answer any questions we had along the way and process. I purchased my first home with Joe Lombardo and his team in 2014. We only had 5% down, so Joe arranged a deal to help us avoid the PMI penalty by taking a higher interest rate (thus getting upfront cash to pay the PMI in a lump sum). As he explained, the higher interest rate was a horrible deal - but only if we did not refinance. Well exactly two years later we hit 20% equity in home thanks to raising property values - and Joe handled our refinance for the lowest possible interest rate. He really knows his stuff! Thanks Joe!
