Joe was amazing! His whole office was so helpful and quick to respond to questions and emails. Joe did a fabulous job educating me and my husband as this was our first house. Joe was extremely helpful and patient with me during the process. Since Tim and Joe Lombardo work as a team, I worked with Tim in the beginning and Joe toward the end. Joe helped me when there was a snafu with the appraisal. He found a way to make it work out! The whole Lombardo team is amazing (Gillian, in particular, was awesome) and went above and beyond, even when there were small hiccups. I'd highly recommend them. They made the mortgage process easy!

He also worked closely with underwriters to make sure that there are not any issues that would prevent us from purchasing this home. Joe was great. We are a first time homebuyer and answered every question we could possibly have all the way through the process. We made several offers on houses and no matter what time of day or weekends, was always quick to respond to get us a pre approval letter, and even contacted the listing agent letting them know he could close the loan.
