Best home purchase experience ever. My only gripe was the loanfly app updates. Loan Officer and her team were very efficient and pleasant to speak with.
Oh my gosh- I accidentally pushed the wrong one and only gave a 1 star- SCRATCH that! If I could give you 10 stars, I would give 12- this whole process was absolutely incredible and all the people involved made it stress free. I’m not sure how much was to blame on the pandemic, business practices, or my own lack of knowledge of the process, but the whole thing felt like a bait and switch to get me into a different type of mortgage. Throughout the process it seemed like I was supposed to know how this all worked, even though I don’t do this all the time. Questions went unanswered, or were answered in a manner that only people in the industry would understand.
Could not be happier
I don’t know how we found Mrs.Teel team, but I’m glad we did. They showed us how to build our credit up. Encouraged us when things seemed drab. More importantly, they stuck with us until the very end, and now we are officially First Time Home Owners!
