The staff is professional and friendly.
The medical treatment provided was fine, however, I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism given by the front office upon check-in. We had billing issues where I was expected to discuss the situation in front of other patients and families in the waiting room. Not only were we not given any privacy to discuss the financial concerns, the lady checking my daughter and I in was callous and not forthcoming. The actual tooth extraction experience was great, but the follow up care was a nightmare. Ended up with 2 dry sockets and the nurses treated me terribly. Made me wait an entire day for something that takes 2 seconds. Left me in extreme pain for something that takes 2 seconds. I even asked for the packing so I could just do it myself! Was told no. Friendly staff. The procedure steps were outlined effectively and the procedure results achieved are as expected.
Terrible bruising on inside of mouth, and outside on chin. A one inch piece of suture was laying in my mouth the morning after my procedure. I have a cut under the tooth next to the extraction sight that is painful. I called the office and was told bruising was probably normal and to call back if there were any other issues.
