I was so hesitant to sell the home where we had a historically low interest rate and purchase with a higher one with a more expensive house. Joey and Jessica went through all of our debts on our credit report and found a better way to increase our monthly cash flow by paying off some of debts that had higher interest rates (car, credit cards) with the profit from the sale of our home. I was unable to refinanced my home due to my bad credit report that gave me restless mind I had to send my family to stay with my sister, while I look for solution to my problems.
