Convenient and well maintained. This location was recommended to me by a friend and I am completely satisfied. It is clean, well maintained, and easy to access. The associates are very friendly and accommodating. I am renting a climate controlled larger unit.
Convenient for what we need While Iâm satisfied with my decision to rent a unit, thereâs one thing I wish would be acknowledged. I rented a 5x5 unit and after it was assigned and I was shown the unit, I immediately realized that my 5x5 unit was actually more like a 4x4 unit due to a thick support beam tucked into the corner of the unit effectively stealing part of what Iâm paying for. Well-kept clean facility Would recommend Prime Storage to any and all. They regularly maintain the facility and theyâve always been great to work with. Plenty of security cameras around and their gates are usually working.
Great place, Great crew I'm disabled so start with that and anxiety, a pandemic and an encroaching. From the moment Hunter picked up the phone and told me I'd called the wrong location it was fabulous! A different yep called to confirm and we did everything over the phone other than dropping off document copies. Fantastic place and people!
