Staff was pleasant and friendly. Location is exceptional. That's where the positives end. I was disappointed in the quality of the room, furnishings, lighting, fixtures, and interior spaces. This hotel did not meet the standards of a Marriott. In particular, the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets scratchy, pillows thin, and blanket very thin (in winter) with no duvet. uncleaned room and worse management. Do not stay Terrible experience. Booked a junior suite to come to after a 15h flight. Bathroom was digusting: Hairs in the shower and on the floor. Place for soap was not cleaned. More hairs on the counter. Stains and dust on night stands. Complained to the manager. Was met with a condescending approach - questioning my integrity and honesty about the situation. I felt disgusting staying in this hotel and checked out as soon as possible.
