Rudest worker I’ve ever encountered at my 1,000 plus hotel stays while attempting to pick up 2 checked bags. Asked for the manager to complain and she dodged me and instead went straight to check in. The rude worker in the office needs retraining now, as does the manager. I will wait for your response before I post a full review of my encounter. Very disappointed, it was RUDE.
They charged me twice!!! The hotel was in good shape, well kept and clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I hope they would be. I was surprised for a Marriot. Parking situation was overpriced. FYI, there are meters and over night lots for $10 a night. There was one right down the road at the CVS. The hotel was $50 a day!!! Crazy. Don’t pay it! They did not provide the room , promised at the time of booking. we had to leave the place and had to stay in a different hotel. however they did not refund the charges for 2 nights which they collected upfront.
Cleaning lady would not leave us alone. Walked in two times
