The hotel location is quite good. The issue we had was with check-in. When we arrived at 2:45 we were told our room was not yet ready but it would be available at 3:00 which we were fine with since that is the stated policy. We waited in the lobby with several other parties that had been informed of the same. I should mention we had a nearby appointment at 3:30. Mediocre for the Money Spent Our say was mediocre. While the room was clean, there were opportunities for improvement. There were only two towels in the room, and we had to request additional ones twice before they were provided. Additionally, the outlet/USB on the lamp at the end table was broken.
Not a good experience The second day housekeeping cracked the toilet seat and I mentioned it on two separate days and it was never replaced. The room was not cleaned thoroughly things were not replaced like coffee water glasses towels. My last night there the television didn't work.
not a great place at all Terrible service - rude, inconsiderate staff Room smelled like a gym locker My room was located above the AC machines, which meant there was a loud humming sound paying continuously even with the AC off And the best thing: I left for the day and when I came back my room was left with the door open, and not even cleaned.
Room sold for 5 without room for 5 We booked a room for 5. Upon checkin I asked the bedding to be ready. We came back late (with three kids) and had to request bedding again. We were shocked there was only one pull out couch that was twin size. We ended up pushing two armchairs together for one kid. Not clear where five were supposed to go. It should not be sold as a room for 5.
