Stayed here three times this year and TV didn’t work twice.. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were CHEAP! And tiny. No complimentary coffee so two small cups of coffee costed over $13. We have to travel to Boston monthly for treatment and unfortunately we will not be staying here. On a positive note, the staff and service is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The gate to the garage was broken for both days of my stay, and getting in and out was 10 minutes long just for one car. They charged my credit card an extra $100 because of the broken unit. When I opened the Fridge to take out my food, it was warm after sitting two days in a broken fridge! . I threw out $50 worth of food.

We wouldn't come back We stayed two nights with my teenage daughter and her friend. We knew there was only one bed and a pull out couch (double bed rooms sold out) but we were disappointed to find that the pull out was twin size and very low quality. They knew we booked the room for four people. The steaming on the TV never worked and their "engineer" couldn't fix it.
