Would reconsider staying here again The original room I stayed in was okay but the following nights i joined my friends in a junior suite. Tjunior suite stayed was not overally clean, curtains had spots and the couch had a large stain on it. The toliet did not work from the moment of checked in. Stayed for one night to go to see a friend at the hospital. The next morning when I was preparing to leave to see my friend, I woke up to have a shower. No hot water!! Horrible. Staff comp'ed me the one night parking, but that did not make up for not being able to take a shower on a day I had to get out early, get to the hospital, and then take a six hour flight.
After asking the staff to clean the room multiple times, the room was not cleaned. Made it difficult to stay one additional day especially in a 4 people room with 1 bathroom
Our reservation was for two queen beds. They gave us a room with one queen and small cot. Said they did not have any other rooms available. The service wasn't great either and the hall was dirty.
Avoid the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline. They didn’t honor my reservation, didn’t let me know until I was 10 minutes away, wouldn’t allow me to give them another credit card number for the pre-authorization, refused to help me find alternative lodging, but did help the next customer find a different hotel for their first night. Rooms were OK, but lacked light and the A/c is a portable until that rattled all night long.
The hotel room had peeling wallpaper, the end table was dirty. The chair in the room had some spilled dried liquid on it. There were crumbs on the TV stand area. The tub had some rusty holes on it.The tub also had hair in it. The vent in the shower was very coated with dust. The shelf under the sink in the bathroom was also dusty. The room in general was dirty and needed upgrades. I would of complained but we were only there one night, so it wasn't worth my time.
Room old and small
We were very disappointed with the staff working at the property. First, they refused to check us in at 2:00pm saying there were no rooms available. Then, when we finally checked in they gave us a wrong room that could not accommodate 3 people. We were in town for my daughter's race, and had to check in at 9:30pm after the race was over. We went out to eat right after check in and got back around 10:30-11:00pm. When it was time to go to bed, we found out that out sheets had yellow spots on them.
