Please read as you need to be aware of a few things. We stayed 4 nights in early July. 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once! We were told at check in that rooms were only being cleaned every 3 days, but we didn't even get that. I would have been fine with every other day cleaning of our room, but this was just not right! The front desk staff was good at providing us clean towels whenever we asked- we even had to ask for more toliet paper! No towels were available until 7 pm on the first night of the stay due to a delay with their laundry. Asked for an extra sheet and never received it. No maid service the 2nd day of stay. Satellite TV service was unreliable even when it was not raining. Great location. Facility is in good shape. Service was just lackluster. Don’t know if it’s because they’re short staffed following pandemic or what, but was disappointed.
They had no towels as had a problem with the linen company. I was told it would be 3 hours at 2:00 to get towels so asked for a refund

Upon checking in, the TV did not work in our room. We were going out and reported to the front desk it was not working. We indicated it was okay for someone to fix it while we out. However, when we returned, it was still not working. We called the fro desk and were told someone would be coming shortly as they had an issue that took longer than expected. The booking failed to notify me that their was a $35 parking fee on top of the room fee. They do NOT have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the lobby & use a community microwave that is not sanitized after each use. I asked for extra blankets because it was cold in the rooms & they said they didn’t have clean laundry & what was supposed to be in the room closet was not there. This property is not well maintained - the air conditioning was either on or off, the light in the bathroom above the tub did not work, the parking lot elevator was unreliable and when not working they did not even put a sign on the elevator to inform customers it wasn't working. We also visited during the pandemic and the signs said to wear masks but the hotel receptionist was often times not wearing a mask.
