Room's view was of a brick wall and alley. Was not informed in advance that housekeeping is not provided. Room was very dark.
An easy stay. Inviting, convenient, a bit historic Bright & airy hotel. Minimal "stuff" makes disinfecting easier. Rooms do not have extra blankets. You must ask for anything extra, including a microwave. Staff is polite and responsive. Comfortable room in size and decor. This Courtyard location was perfect for me being near medical facility and retail stores for food and window shopping. I really liked the entrance. I felt welcomed to a grand place to relax.
Overall Good Stay and would recommend Overall a nice property. Clean and comfortable. Overnight parking was pricey and towels were on the thin side and could use refreshing.
Very good the bedroom, but They should put at least a bottle of water.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I like that the location is very close to many amenities and the Dana-Farber Cancer Center where I am getting treated.
Great hotel, nice room, walkable and pristine area. Would definitely stay here again.
Convenient location and nice room. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The parking was a little expensive but it was a good underground location
