Very convenient location and pleasant hotel with all the comfort one would want
Room was nice but staff was not happy at all, not ac and room set up but staff needs more smiles and to let people know more
The rooms were filthy - we had to change rooms 3 times and none of them were clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating but with COVID, it was a very uncomfortable experience.
The website lists the amenities, but it does not include the fact that most are unavailable due to Covid-19.
Didn’t have much of shampoo and soap. Customers shouldn’t ask for basic things to be offered.
